Delete via Mobile App
The quickest way to delete your account directly from the app

Open the HabitatAI app
Launch the app on your mobile device

Go to Settings → Account
Navigate to your account settings

Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision to permanently delete
Delete via Email
Contact our support team for account deletion assistance
Send an email to:
Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide:
- • Your registered email address
- • Reason for deletion (optional)
- • Any feedback to help us improve
Important Information
What Gets Deleted:
- • Your account and profile information
- • Learning progress and achievements
- • Bookmarked content and collections
- • Quiz history and analytics
- • All personal preferences and settings
Processing Time:
- • In-app deletion: Immediate
- • Email requests: Within 48 hours
- • Complete data removal: Up to 30 days
- • You'll receive confirmation via email
